This whole thread just proves that if traditional gender roles assigned to women were highly profitable, men would infiltrate that space, erase the women and then lie that those roles were masculine all along.

wrong. women were the original programmers long before it was trendy. in the 40s & 50s programming was viewed as similar to typing or filing, jobs traditionally assigned to women. logic was that men designed the hardware as women did the "less prestigious" task of programming it
